“The room itself was good as it is close to the pool. But needs upgrade with the carpet and there were already peeling of the celling paint. This is especially with the room rate that they are charging. Also, I had to ask an extra bath robe as they only provided 1 and toiletries not complete (no body wash). So guests must bring their own. Aside from these, the general surrounding was quite relaxing and fun for the whole family.”

“Run down room. Old hotel needing an upgrade. Maintenance came to fix a leaking, running toilet and said it was fixed but leaked all night after flushing. Sheets were old and rough. We left the 2nd booked night and could not get our money back from the hotel or Expedia due to their policies. ”

“The room we got at check-in didn't look like the room we booked on Expedia at all!! Our room was in the corner of the ground floor small, old and ugly looking. It didn't match the description and the pictures at all. The carpet looked gross and the bedding didn't feel fresh. The bathroom was clean but the shower had low pressure. The breakfast was very poor, we didn't eat anything. Lavazza coffee machine with the pods in the room was a nice touch, but there was no free pods in the lobby to...

“Breakfast decidedly ordinary and lift not working in building expecting us to carry bags to third floor. I liked the attached pub however so not all bad. They also had a wine store which I found unusual…good unusual. A pool with hot tub in the middle of the atrium was also a good feature.”

“Lovely hotel, check in process was rather slow. I had a two queen bed, the beds were incredibly soft and not very comfortable. However the restaurant and lounge were great!”

“The staff cared only about catering to their friends and off-duty coworkers. I watched them turn people away at the door, citing maximum occupancy as their reason, when they were a birthday party for an off-duty staff member and they had plenty of room. I was also turned away because someone in the bar gave me a beer. As a 31 year-old, it was not a pleasant experience to be chastised by a 20 year-old over someone else giving me a drink.
